At SinfulX, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and warranties in clear and transparent terms.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days for a refund.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
You may return items within 30 days if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The item arrived damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
- The product does not match its description on our website
- You are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason
Important: Due to health and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used (see "Non-Returnable Items" below).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Intimate apparel and lingerie (if opened or worn)
- Products that have been used or come into contact with bodily fluids
- Items without original, unopened packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase)
- Digital downloads or electronic gift cards
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days, even for intimate products.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@sinfulx.net within 30 days of receiving your order
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Any additional information needed
Step 4: Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We cover return shipping when:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- We shipped the wrong item
- The product does not match its description
Customer is responsible for return shipping when:
- Returning due to buyer's remorse or preference
- Item is unwanted but not defective
Return shipping address will be provided when your return is approved.
RESTOCKING FEE
No restocking fee applies to:
- Defective items
- Damaged items
- Wrong items shipped
- Items that don't match description
A 10% restocking fee applies to:
- Returns due to buyer's remorse
- Change of mind returns
- Unwanted items (non-defective)
This fee covers administrative costs, inspection, repackaging, and processing.
REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE
Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection (1-2 business days): We'll inspect the item to verify it meets return conditions
- Approval notification: You'll receive an email confirming your refund approval
- Refund processing (2-3 business days): Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Bank processing time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)
Refund amount:
- Full purchase price minus return shipping costs (if applicable) and restocking fee (if applicable)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at support@sinfulx.net within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Full refund or replacement will be issued once we receive the item (your choice)
Manufacturing Warranty: All products are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from purchase date. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Return the original item for a refund (following the process above)
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund appears in 5-10 business days
- PayPal: Refund appears in 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: Timing varies by provider
We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than was originally used.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if:
- The order has not yet shipped
- You contact us within 2 hours of placing the order
To cancel: Email support@sinfulx.net with your order number and "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order
- Contact the carrier to file a claim
- Contact us at support@sinfulx.net - we'll work with you to resolve the issue
SinfulX is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the shipping carrier.
