By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty and Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

Shipping and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. We use third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, and carriers, and products may ship from third-party facilities. Delivery times are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Limited Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our posted Warranty and Return Policy. Because of their intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature, many products are non-returnable once opened, except where required by law or where a verified defect applies under our policy.

We provide a Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects for the period stated in our Warranty and Return Policy. 17. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

You and Nova Network LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or any product will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@sinfulx.net within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. If any portion of this Section is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply, except that if the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire Section 17 will be void.

18. Time Limit on Claims

To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the site or a product must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 17, any action not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. For material changes, we will provide notice as required by law (for example, by posting an updated effective date and, where appropriate, by email), and your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

21. Severability; Entire Agreement; Assignment; Waiver

If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
