At SinfulX, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and discreetly. This Shipping and Delivery Policy provides complete transparency about our shipping process, costs, and delivery expectations.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States – no minimum purchase required.
Delivery timeframe: 3-7 business days after your order ships (varies by location)
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Standard processing: 1-3 business days before shipment
What this means:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST typically ship within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time
High volume periods: During sales events, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will email you if your order experiences any delays beyond our standard timeframe.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on:
- Weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Federal holidays
- Company closure dates (customers will be notified in advance)
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Domestic Shipping (United States): We ship to physical street addresses in all 50 U.S. states.
We DO NOT ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- International destinations
- Freight forwarding addresses
Accepted addresses:
- Residential street addresses
- Business/commercial addresses
- Apartment/condo addresses with unit numbers
Important: Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address at checkout. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
International Shipping: We currently do not ship to international destinations. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES
All delivery times are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) and begin after your order has shipped.

- Cost: FREE for all domestic orders to valid street addresses
- Coverage: All 50 U.S. states
Note: Delivery times are estimates based on carrier performance and your location. Actual delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, address issues, or other factors beyond our control. Remote or rural locations may experience longer delivery times within the 3-7 business day window.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We partner with trusted carriers including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location to ensure the most reliable and efficient delivery. You cannot request a specific carrier.
DISCREET PACKAGING
We understand privacy is important. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents or company branding on the exterior.
What you'll see:
- Plain brown or white shipping box/envelope
- Return address shows only our business name (SinfulX) or a generic return address
- No product descriptions or suggestive imagery on shipping labels
- Inside packaging may include branded materials
Shipping label: The carrier shipping label will display the return address and destination address but will not reference product contents.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package on the carrier's website
Tracking activation: Tracking information typically becomes active within 24-48 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation email. If tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us at support@sinfulx.net.
Multiple tracking numbers: If your order contains multiple items that ship separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
SHIPPING COSTS
FREE Standard Shipping
All domestic orders to valid street addresses qualify for free standard shipping regardless of order size or value.
What's included:
- Standard ground shipping (3-7 business days)
- Packaging materials
- Tracking information
No hidden fees: The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. There are no surprise shipping charges added later.
Sales tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated separately based on your delivery address as required by law.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Items in a single order may ship separately when:
- Products are stocked in different warehouses
- Items have different availability dates
- Weight/size restrictions require multiple packages
If your order ships in multiple packages:
- You'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment
- There is no additional cost to you
- All packages will be sent to the same delivery address
- Each shipment will arrive within the standard 3-7 business day delivery window
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Before Shipping
To cancel or modify your order:
- Contact us at support@sinfulx.net within 2 hours of placing your order
- Include your order number and requested changes
- If we haven't processed your order yet, we'll accommodate your request free of charge
After Shipping
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You may refuse delivery (the package will return to us) or follow our return process once you receive the item.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check common delivery locations: Front door, back door, side entrance, mailbox, garage, with neighbors, building manager/leasing office
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email
- Wait 24 hours - sometimes carriers mark packages delivered slightly before actual delivery
- Contact the carrier using your tracking number to inquire about the exact delivery location
- Contact us at support@sinfulx.net - we will assist you in resolving the issue and may file a claim with the carrier
Important: SinfulX is not financially responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier's tracking system, the shipment is considered complete. However, we will work with you and assist in filing carrier claims when possible.
We recommend:
- Providing a secure delivery location
- Adding delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., "leave at back door")
- Installing a doorbell camera or requesting packages be held at a carrier facility for pickup
- Arranging for someone to be home during expected delivery windows
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos immediately of the exterior packaging damage before opening
- Inspect the contents and photograph any damaged items
- Do not discard the packaging - keep all materials including boxes, padding, and shipping labels
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@sinfulx.net with photos
- We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice)
Concealed damage: If the package exterior looks fine but items inside are damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or items are missing from your order:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sinfulx.net
- Provide your order number and clear description of the issue
- Include photos of what you received (if applicable)
- We will send the correct/missing item at no additional cost or issue a full refund (your choice)
Our error = our responsibility. We will cover all costs to make it right.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Special delivery instructions can be added at checkout, such as:
- "Leave package at back door"
- "Deliver to apartment leasing office"
- "Do not ring doorbell"
- "Call upon arrival"
Note: We include your instructions on the shipping label, but we cannot guarantee carriers will follow them. Most carriers make reasonable efforts to accommodate delivery preferences.
Signature not required: Our standard shipping does not require a signature. If you prefer signature confirmation for added security, please note this in your delivery instructions, though we cannot guarantee the carrier will honor this request without upgraded shipping services.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout.
Please verify your address includes:
- Complete street address with house/building number
- Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)
- City, state, and 5-digit ZIP code
- Valid phone number for delivery contact
Refused or corrected addresses: If your package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout
- Refused delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
You will be contacted and given options to:
- Provide a corrected address (you pay reshipping costs)
- Receive a refund minus original shipping costs and our standard 10% restocking fee
Address changes after shipping: Once your order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request an address intercept (carrier fees may apply and success is not guaranteed).
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refused by recipient
- Package unclaimed
We will:
- Contact you via email within 2 business days of receiving the return
- Offer you the option to:
- Reship to a corrected address (you pay actual shipping costs)
- Receive a refund minus original shipping costs and 10% restocking fee per our return policy
If we don't receive a response within 14 days, a refund will be automatically processed minus the restocking fee.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME EXCEPTIONS
While we strive for 3-7 business day delivery, certain situations may extend this timeframe:
Potential delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather events (hurricanes, blizzards, floods)
- Natural disasters affecting shipping routes
- Carrier service disruptions or strikes
- Peak holiday shipping periods (November-December)
- Remote or rural delivery locations
- Incomplete or incorrect address requiring carrier investigation
We will notify you via email if we become aware of any significant delays affecting your order. You can always check your tracking information for real-time updates from the carrier.
HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON SHIPPING
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Valentine's Day):
- Order processing may take up to 3 business days
- Carrier delivery times may extend beyond the standard 3-7 business day window
- We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
Order cutoff dates for holiday delivery will be posted on our website homepage and sent via email to subscribers.
