You get what you pay for. It worked great for a few months, was easy to discretely store, small enough to travel with and did the task I bought it for. Recently I could feel a week spot in the rubber bulb and the weak spot finally turned into a hole. I got more than enough use out of it to justify the cost, I just hate throwing things out so wish it had lasted atleast a year or so. It will work fine but if you want a more premium product that lasts longer spend a little more else where.
The rubber used is high quality and sealed making this very sanitary. The end can feel sharp though, it has never scratched me but if you’re very sensitive choose a bulb enema. The volume works for me
