Love love love the smell of this oil, very soothing and therapeutic. Even though it is a massaging oil I tend to use it now and then to lotion after a nice bath. The oil does not leave a slippery feel afterwards, it really just gives you that glow feeling. Good pricing for this product.

I'm a CMT and I've been experimenting on using different massage oils on my clients, so I thought I would give this one a try. I usually use non-scented oils to avoid any type of health side effects/allergies. I was a bit skeptical to get something scented at first but with all the great reviews I thought I'd give this item a try. And I'm glad I did!My clients definitely noticed a difference in the oil used and they LOVED the lavender scent. Some clients even mentioned feeling more relaxed during the massage and feeling greater pain relief. I'm so excited about the feedback I received over the weekend I've added the 16oz bottle to my shopping cart! Definitely recommend getting this product, and the larger size as you will love it! I'm a huge fan of this product and will recommend to everyone.However! I did notice small bumps/hives start to develop on a client I was working on so I quickly switched over to a lotion instead. He was OK and loved the scent but I HIGHLY recommend testing this on a patch of skin first before using on the entire body just to be safe :-)
I bought a several bottles of this oil and tried two different scents. I liked both of them. I have sensitive skin and generally scented products are not my choice, but this oil is absolutely awesome. The scent is mild but definitely has a calming and soothing effect on the mind, and makes the skin soft and moisturized. The oil itself is clear and although very moisturizing it's not greasy and it doesn't stain. It provides lasting moisture and all you need is a few drops. It washes off easily. I haven't used it for pain relief yet so can't comment on that, but definitely great for massage and relaxation. One thing that can be improved is to include the box when shipped to customers. The bottle arrives on it's own in a bubble wrap. It's not an issue, but if planning to give as a gift, it's something to keep in mind as the listing shows the oil bottle with a box.Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this oil.
My husband has sensitive skin and isn’t a huge fan of strong fragrance. I, on the other hand, love a fragrant scent that’s long lasting and don’t tend to have many reaction to topical items. I also like to buy products that have fewer ingredients, ingredients I can recognize, and comes from a company that tries to make their product as close to the natural thing as possible. This massage oil met all my expectations. The fragrance was spot on. It has a light lavender scent that’s long lasting. It’s the closest that I’ve found to what massage therapists use. It gives me the spa feeling when I smell it. It also has a nice texture. It’s not too sticky or oily. It doesn’t absorb super quickly which is nice and allows for longer use without having to reapply more. A little goes a LONG way. I love that it’s vegan, cruelty free, and made for those with sensitive skin. The packaging is super cute, which always makes the product more fun. I bought this on a whim, and intend to try other versions from Maple Holistics.
