ToneNest Automatic Kegel Exerciser

First off, I don’t typically do reviews but this one was review worthy. Run, don’t walk to the checkout. There is a reason this unit is covered by your HSA. Two v deliveries of giant headed kids and perimenopause had me crossing my legs with peeing sneezing/ coughing. I was very skeptical but you can feel your entire cookie and even rectum clamp down. I have no doubt this will work for incontinence but I can foresee it benefiting in other ways as well. 😉What I learned:: Make sure the metal probes are facing left and right when inserted. Start on P1 at 1 intensity and get used to the sensation. By the end of the first session I was comfortable at intensity 35. It sensation at 1 is pins and needles and as you increase intensity you will start to feel things start to tighten and it holds the squeeze for a couple seconds then releases.If this thing ever plays out I will be buying another immediately. I will forever more own this device.

Been using for 3mons and boom!! AMAZING!! LADIES this son of a gun is life changing! I have never been so satisfied in bed like now. My husband and I are super pleased with my new and improved pelvic floor muscles. I seriously can’t believe how amazing sex feels now! I randomly bought this about a year ago because my husband at the time was complaining about things not being the "same" after childbirth and I was feeling mildly self conscious. I was also getting up 30 times a night to pee. So I sporadically tried this out and didn't notice a change so it went into a drawer and forgotten about.Fast forward a year and I got rid of the husband and found this thing again. I have started using it religiously and WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I don't get up to pee anymore and my new partner can't control himself once I start using my muscles.I was very skeptical. But I gave it a try, twice and now I'm hooked. It took me awhile to get use to the shock. It can be a little painful at first, but when it hurts I just go down a level and stay there for a few days before moving up. As the photo shows I am only on power level one setting 34 and I use it daily.I recommend this to anyone who has incontinence issues, has had kids, or wants to spice up their love life!Give it a shot, it's a great value and will absolutely change your life!

I will definitely be back to give you all an update.I decided to write this review while using it lol. So first things first, I was scared af to do this. I mean I’ve looked into different alternatives for tighten cause you know after kids your hoo haa is not the same. So here I am.What this does is do a kegal for you. I literally feel my hoo haa clinching. It’s weird for sure. I’m going to be for real on how this feels but it feels like someone has a straw and is sucking on it lol.I can tell this isn’t like a top notch device since it’s pretty light and the batteries brand was sketchy. But this is doing what it needs to. In the back of my mind I’m hoping it doesn’t explode or shock my insides somehow but I’m extraEither way, day 1 is here. Manual recommends 2 times a day for 14 days should be a difference.

I bought this not knowing what to expect but certainly not the results I have been getting. I am SO thrilled. I have stress incontinence and increased urgency incontinence. They say to do kegels but I couldn’t even do them much less hold them for 3 seconds. But after a day, I could already feel the increased tone. After a few days, I could actually do my kegels and hold it briefly. After a week, I can hold my kegels for 3s. I don’t have to run to the bathroom either. I can stop midstream too which I couldn’t do before. As for the settings, after a week, I increased it to 28-30 and like program 02 the best. I am so happy w my results. Highly recommend!
