Wow so realistic! First of all as I received this I have to say I thought the box was great. Next, wow it feels nice and soft but just right on the texture. I have similar toys and this one is by far the most realistic inside the mouth. It comes with plenty of stuff to get you going. My husband said the suction was intense for the pump part and he had to be careful cause it was super strong. He does not have Ed but we could tell a noticeable size difference immediately after using. Now the mouth was the fun part. He really enjoyed using it and I tried all the different settings and its got plenty. I have to say this is probably one of my husband's favorite toys. Easy clean up was a plus for me.
