First time I’ve bought some of these. I wanted them for the sensation. I will say I was expecting more. The material they are made out of feels nice but there wasn’t any vibrations when walking. Which was disappointing. They were easy to hold in. I would definitely use a water based lubricant. Overall just okay.

The material is perfectly smooth, soft yet firm, and works well with water based lubricants to assist in putting either the single or dual balls in place. Since these balls are weighted, there is a bit of a vibration with movement which also made for a fun toy for use in multiple ways. The instructions specifically say they are not for anal use, but there are numerous other ways to enjoy this set besides them just being an excellent pelvic floor tool. This set is very well made, and makes kegal workout sessions all the more better. Just remember, its not just clenching and relaxing, but think more of a staircase or levels when constricting and relaxing, that is the key to learning and maintaining proper kegel muscle tone. A multi-functional fun good buy.

I've been wanting to invest in a kegel exercise kit for a while, to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles and improve elasticity. I've wanted to do this for improved bladder control (I'm one of those lucky folks that has to get up to pee basically every 10 minutes) as well as overall pelvic muscle health. This kit comes with a single weighted ball and a double weighted ball piece. The single ball has a weight of 40 grams, and the double ball piece has a weight of 80.5 grams (it is suggested to start out with the single ball and work your way up to the heavier double-balls, as you would with any exercise equipment). They are waterproof and are safe to use with water-based lubricant. For cleaning, a standard toy cleaner and warm water works perfectly. The outer material is a high-grade silicone that feel velvety soft to the touch, and makes insertion very easy and comfortable. The inner "workings" of these kegel balls provide a nice, subtle vibration as you move with them in. The outer loop on each piece is very soft and stretchy, making removal simple, and it is not too distracting or odd feeling while wearing these around during everyday tasks.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest, unbiased opinion.
