If this is going to be to much information for you do not continue to read!! My whole life I’ve had an issue with controlling my bladder. Doctors have always told me different exercises I could do to help but nothing has helped. I had a friend tell me about kegal balls and how it could help. So with some research and few purchases in the passed I was displeased. I decided to give it another try when she sent me a link to these particular kegal balls. When I tell you I have seen a great improvement. There comfortable and most importantly don’t just fall out when doing my daily chores. Highly recommended for beginners or anyone who may have the same problem I have had. Love love love these!
